Strongholds come tumbling down and down
and down and down

Although having sung this song for many years in worship, I suddenly pondered on the lyrics of this song and realised how encouraging these words were. For me it speaks of taking a step at a time in facing life's challenges and realising that prayer to God is our source to overcoming the strongholds in our lives.
